Monday Cheer Ups

Yesterday was like the coldest day in this autumn season so far and i had to walk to the train station (20min) in the rain with no umbrella... so no surprise i am having a cold today :(
but the postman cheered me up a little when he delivered my so longed green Topshop tunic and also something else...
it was my Eyeko ambassador first sale gift. woot woot!
i got the lovely Mayfair lipgloss and some cute invitation cards. i was at first a little disappointed at the lipgloss shade because i hoped to get Soho but this one is much better than i thought! Mayfair is the perfect autumn nude lip shade and it really looks great with my (where is the sun?) pale skin. in fact i look much more alive with that lipgloss. i might show you some other time but today i just feel way too ill.

if you are struggling to decide which Eyeko lipgloss you should take i would totally recommend you Mayfair. it suits every skin tone and is a nice classy look for everyday. don't forget to use my ambassador code E10765 to get a freebie if you decide to order.

Marie Antoinette

Why on earth i chose this title you might wonder? well i just looked at this Eyeko "Vintage" nail polish and realised how much it looks like a macaron :) then  added with some pearl background- voilá! ... at least a little... right? haha
i bought a Essence nail stamp kit today. and here is my experience with it (i actually really liked it after i figured out how to use it- it just needs some practice)
(i also got some nail stickers with bows- sooo cute)

weapons of choice ;)
Essence nail art stampy set: 2,95€ and nail art stampy polish: 1,95€ (it's a rather cheap alternative to konad if you ask me)

Eyeko Vintage after 3 coats and top coat

you put the special nail polish on the chosen nail design, quickly wipe it with a pastic card (DON'T use the one in the set! it's scratching the whole template!) and then quick quick quick put the stamp on it. apply on the nail and tadaaa:

it also works with regular nail polish- but it's not as pigmenty

i'm sorry this post is kinda short. the day has gone by way too quick today and i'm very tired. so good night my loves ♥

Eyeko Magic Mascara

i won the Eyeko Magic Mascara a while ago (i wrote about it here) and since then i have been using it many times. i promised a review on the Eyeko items so here it is :)

my lashes before applying the Eyeko Magic Mascara:

and afterwards:

do you spot a difference? the brush is pretty nice and makes the lashes much longer and true black! on that picture i also used Eyeko Cream with extra glow which has a very nice smooth texture. it also leaves some cute shimmer on the skin which made my skin look a little more "woken up" (i got up very early this morning).

i also like the tinted one because it's leaving a nice bronze shimmer on your skin but only use it if you have a darker skin or got back from holiday with a tan. on fair skin it looks fake and that's not cool!

oh and by the way! if you intend to buy those nice products (or some nail polishes, fat balms or lip glosses) please don't forget to use my ambassador code E10765 to get a nice free gift from Eyeko.

Nailing It Down

What a cliche title! anyway... with the 3 cute nail polishes i won (i wrote about it here) i now own 9 cute Eyeko polishes. actually i have the "Rain" one twice (gonna be a give away as soon as i reached enough followers)

my absolute favorite of them all is actually the "Lilac" polish! it looks so girly and pastel but to be honest all their polishes are great and nice quality. they are a little more liquid than the ones i am used to but i must say i really like it because it makes them very easy to apply on my nails. to get the full colour i usually have to put more than one coat on but they dry quite fast so it's not really bothering me.

oh and before i forget! back then when there was this awesome Models Own 50% off event i got myself 5 nail polishes from them but because international postage there is 10£ (!!!!) i decided to get them send to my BFs' address- i got the shades "Hot Pink", "Purple Mystique", "Jade Stone", "Pink Blush" and "Pastel Pink" and i guess i'm a little into pink lately ... but anyway i can't wait to try them out (in 4 days woot woot!)

I hope you are all having a nice Sunday i will do some eBay stuff later because i want to have some more money for great UK purchases hehe

Do you have a favorite nail polish? if so which one is it? any brand you prefer? and what do you think is going to be the new "trend" polish this season? i read that purple grey is going to be huge now (and sold out on the Models Own online shop)
tell me what you think
